How referral credit works

How account credit is earned, applied to your bills, and what its limits are.

Written by Justin Bossi

Referral rewards come in two forms, depending on which program you're referring to.

Voyagr Travel referrals: account credit.

  • Referral credit is paused right now. While it's paused, new referrals don't add credit to your account. We'll update this article when it starts again.

  • When it's active, your reward is one month of account credit for each person you refer who becomes a paying customer. One month means one month of your own plan's price.

  • Credit is added after the person you referred makes their first payment. You earn one month per person referred, not one per payment they make.

  • Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't be redeemed for cash. It's only used toward Voyagr charges.

  • Credit is applied automatically to your next Voyagr bill. Voyagr doesn't show your credit balance in the app yet.

  • Use the same email address for your partner portal account and your Voyagr account. If they don't match, we may not be able to connect the referral to you, and your credit won't be added automatically.

  • If a credit you expected hasn't appeared, contact us at [email protected].

Voyagr Studio referrals: a $50 cash reward.

  • You earn $50 in cash for each advisor you refer who becomes a paying Studio client.

  • Cash rewards are paid through our partner portal, so you'll need to set up a payout account there to receive them.

  • Your reward is issued after the referred client's payment is confirmed and the refund window (30 days) has passed.
