A referral isn't showing up. Referrals are attributed on a last-click basis within a 90-day window, and only when the person becomes a paying customer. If they signed up on a free plan, the referral shows once they upgrade. If they cleared cookies or switched devices between clicking and buying, attribution can be affected.
My commission disappeared. If a referred sale is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the related commission is reversed. This usually happens during the 30-day holding period.
My balance hasn't paid out. Payouts require your payout account to be set up and your balance to be above the $50 minimum. Balances below that roll over.
