The Clients page lets you browse, search, and filter your full client list. You can use this guide when you need to find a specific client by name or email, or when you want to narrow results by status, type, or date range. By the end, you'll be able to locate any client quickly using search, filters, and sorting options.

Before You Start

  • Know what you're looking for (name, email, or specific criteria)

  • Understand client statuses: Active, Inactive, Prospect, VIP

Viewing All Clients

  1. Click Clients in the left sidebar

  2. Your client list appears with 10 clients per page as a default, but you can expand this to 20, 25, 30, 40, or 50.

  3. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to see more clients

The list shows:

  • Client type

  • Client name (and client since date)

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Last trip

  • Total trips

  • Total spent

  • Status badge

  • Quick action buttons (View, Email, Edit, Delete)

Searching for Specific Clients

Quick Search

  1. Type in the search box at the top of the client list

  2. Search works across:

Example: Type "john" to find John Smith, Johnny Rogers, or anyone with "john" in their email.
