You can add new clients to Voyagr directly from the Clients page. This is typically the first step when onboarding a new traveler or when a lead converts into a customer. By the end of this guide, you'll have a fully set-up client profile ready for bookings and travel planning.

Before You Start

  • Have the client's contact information ready

  • Know their client type (Individual, Corporate, or Group)

Steps

  1. Click Clients in the left sidebar

  2. Click Add Client in the top right corner

  3. Fill in the basic information:

    • First name (required) - Client's first name

    • Last name (required) - Client's last name

    • Email (required) - Must be unique in your organization

    • Phone (optional) - Include country code for international numbers

    • Client type - Select Adventure, Business, Family, or Luxury

    • Status - Active (default), Inactive, Prospect, or VIP

  1. Add optional details:

    • Nationality - For travel planning purposes

    • Date of birth - For age-appropriate recommendations

    • Client since - Defaults to today's date

  2. Click Save Client at the bottom of the form

What happens next: Once you click "Save Client," the page will refresh. The following tabs will become available, and you can add additional information or click back to the client table.

  • Contact

  • Emergency

  • Relationships

  • Documents

  • Health

  • Preferences

  • Loyalty

  • Tags

What You Can Add Later

After creating the basic profile, you can add:

  • Additional phone numbers and emails

  • Emergency contacts

  • Health information

  • Travel preferences

  • Loyalty programs

  • Documents (passports, visas)

  • Custom properties

  • Interaction notes

Tips

  • Use the email field for uniqueness - The system prevents duplicate email addresses

  • Set VIP status early - VIP clients appear with a special indicator in client lists

  • Default client since date - If you leave it blank, the system uses today's date
