In Voyagr, we have three different types of accounts:
Organization
This is typically a host/travel agency.
Organization Member
A member of a host or travel agency.
Individual
An independent travel agent or advisor with their own accreditation.
This article guides you through the steps on how to add Organization Members to an Organization. Below is an interactive demo and a step-by-step guide.

Step 1:
Click on the settings⚙️icon in the top right of the screen.
Step 2:
Click on the "Manage Users" button.
Step 3:
Click on "Invite User" in the top right.
Step 4:
For the user you want to add, enter their first & last name, and their email address.
Step 5:
From the "Role" dropdown menu, select the desired role for the user.
Admin: Can see, edit, and add users.
User: A member of your organization who can not see, edit, or add users.
Step 6:
Finally, click "Invite User" to send them an invitation to join Voyagr under your organization.
That's it! You have added a new user to your organization account.
The invited user will have to accept the invitation, set a password, and agree to the terms of service. Once they do that, they will have to confirm their email address before they can access Voyagr.
