You can upload a profile photo that displays in your account header and on Proposals & Itineraries. Voyagr supports JPG, PNG, and WebP image formats up to 5MB.
Before You Start
Have an image file ready (JPG, PNG, or WebP format)
Maximum file size: 5MB
The image will be cropped to a circle automatically
Steps
Click your profile icon in the top-left corner
In the profile page, locate the avatar section
Do one of the following:
Upload an image by clicking Upload Image
Click on Update Image if you want to change the image
Click on Remove Image if you want to delete the image
Adjust the crop area if needed using the crop tool
Click Save to confirm the upload
Your new profile image will appear immediately in the header and across the platform.
Tips
Square images work best since they'll be cropped to a circle.
If your image appears too large or too small, use the crop tool to adjust which part of the image is visible.
Profile images are automatically resized for optimal performance.
Common Issues
Problem | Solution |
"File too large" error | Compress your image or choose a smaller file. Maximum size is 5MB. |
The image looks pixelated | Upload a higher-resolution image. Minimum recommended resolution is 200x200 pixels. |
Upload fails | Check your internet connection and try again. If it continues failing, try a different browser. |
Want to remove the image | Click the Remove Image button below the avatar to remove your current profile image. |
