If you're having trouble logging into Voyagr, this guide helps you diagnose and fix the most common causes, from incorrect passwords and unverified emails to two-factor authentication problems and browser issues. Work through the relevant section based on the error message you're seeing. By the end, you should be able to regain access to your account or know exactly what to tell support.

Quick Fix: Reset Your Password

If you think your password is wrong:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email

  4. Click the reset link in the email

  5. Create a new password (at least 10 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character)

  6. Try logging in with your new password

Causes and Solutions

Incorrect Email or Password

You'll see: "Invalid email or password" error message

Fix:

  1. Double-check your email address for typos

  2. Make sure Caps Lock is off when typing your password

  3. Try resetting your password using Forgot Password

  4. If you recently changed your password, use the new one

Email Not Verified

You'll see: "Please verify your email address" message after entering credentials

Fix:

  1. Check your inbox for the verification email from Voyagr

  2. Look in your spam or junk folder if you don't see it

  3. Click Resend Verification Email on the login page

  4. Once you receive the email, click Verify Email Address

  5. Try logging in again

Two-Factor Authentication Issues

You'll see: Prompt for a 6-digit code, but the code doesn't work

Fix:

  1. Make sure you're entering the current code (they expire every 30 seconds)

  2. Check that your phone's clock is set correctly (codes are time-based)

  3. If you don't have access to your authenticator app, click Use a backup code

  4. Enter one of your saved backup codes

  5. If you lost your backup codes, click Contact Support for help

Account Locked or Suspended

You'll see: "Your account has been suspended" or "Too many login attempts."

Fix:

  1. Wait 15 minutes and try again (temporary lockout after multiple failed attempts)

  2. If the message says your account is suspended, contact support through the Help link

  3. You may need to verify your identity to unlock your account

Session Expired

You'll see: Redirected to login after being logged in previously

Fix:

  1. This is normal behavior - sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity

  2. Log in again with your email and password

  3. Check Remember me to stay logged in longer on trusted devices

Browser or Cookie Issues

You'll see: Stuck on the login page or "Unable to log in" without a specific error

Fix:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cache

  2. Try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window

  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

  4. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser settings

  5. Disable any browser extensions that might block authentication

Network or Connectivity Issues

You'll see: "Cannot connect to server," or the page won't load

Fix:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Try accessing another website to confirm your connection works

  3. If you're on a corporate network, check with IT - some firewalls block authentication services

  4. Try switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data (or vice versa)

  5. Wait a few minutes and try again - the issue may be temporary

Still Not Working?

If none of these solutions work:

  1. Click Contact Support on the login page

  2. Describe your issue and include:

    • Your email address (don't include your password!)

    • What error message do you see

    • What browser and device are you using

    • What you've already tried

Support will help you get access within 24 hours.

Prevent Future Login Issues

  • Save your password in a password manager (LastPass, 1Password, Bitwarden)

  • Enable two-factor authentication for added security

  • Verify your email immediately after registering

  • Use a supported browser (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
