How It Works
Voyagr brings together the tools travel advisors need most:
Client Management (CRM)
Organize all your client information in one place. Track preferences, travel history, documents, loyalty programs, and communication history. Search and filter clients easily, and import existing client lists via CSV.
Booking Engine
Search and book hotels, tours, and other travel products through integrated supplier connections. Add items to a trip, prebook to hold inventory, and process payments. Manually enter bookings made outside the platform to keep everything organized.
Note: Only hotels are available within the Voyagr Booking Engine right now. We are continuing to integrate more products.
Trips
Trips are internal and external bookings combined. You can add both to the same trip, which automatically creates an itinerary.
Booking Types:
Internal: Bookings made within the Voyagr Platform
External: Bookings made on other platforms (like Expedia or BedsOnline)
Commission Tracking
See what you've earned on each booking. Track commission status, view payout timelines, and reconcile payments from suppliers. Get a clear picture of your revenue across all bookings.
Itinerary Builder
Create polished, day-by-day itineraries for your clients. Add a personalized message, include booked items, upload images, and share a beautiful client-facing view via link. Version history lets you iterate on plans without losing earlier drafts.
Dashboard and Reporting
View key metrics at a glance: active clients, upcoming trips, recent activity, and commission summaries. Get quick access to common tasks and see notifications for important updates.
