You can change your Voyagr password at any time from your profile settings. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character. All active sessions will be logged out after you change your password.
Before You Start
You'll need your current password
Have your new password ready (must meet security requirements)
You'll be logged out on all devices after the change
Steps
Click the settings icon in the top right corner
Click on Change Password
Enter your Current Password
Enter your New Password
Re-enter your New Password in the Confirm Password field
Click Save Changes
You'll be logged out and redirected to the login page. Log in with your new password.
Tips
Use a strong, unique password that you don't use anywhere else.
The password strength meter helps you create a secure password. Aim for "Strong" or "Very Strong".
Changing your password logs you out on all devices, including mobile. You'll need to log back in everywhere.
Your new password cannot be the same as your last 5 passwords.
Common Issues
Problem | Solution |
"Incorrect current password" error | Double-check that you're entering your current password correctly. Try copying and pasting if you have it saved. |
"Password too weak" error | Add more character variety (uppercase, number, special character). The password must be at least 8 characters. |
