To record a loyalty program, open the client's profile, go to the Loyalty tab, and click Add Program.
Add a program:
Open the client's profile and click Edit (or navigate to Loyalty from the tabs).
Click Add Program.
In the Add Loyalty Program dialog:
Category: Airline, Hotel, Car, Cruise, Retail, or Other.
Program: pick the specific program from the dropdown (e.g., Marriott Bonvoy, Delta SkyMiles, KrisFlyer). The list changes based on the category you chose.
Loyalty Program Number: the client's membership number.
Click Save Loyalty Program.
Edit a program:
Click the pencil icon on any row to update the number or program.
Remove a program:
Click the trash icon. You'll get a confirmation dialog ("Delete {category} Loyalty Program?") before it's removed.
Why it matters:
Loyalty numbers you record here attach automatically to bookings of the matching supplier, so points and status credits post to the client without you copy-pasting numbers on every booking.
Empty state:
Before you add anything you'll see "No loyalty programs yet. Add hotel, airline, or car rental memberships so we can attach numbers to bookings automatically."
