Your first day in Voyagr: a 10-minute walkthrough

Learn what to do on the first day in the Voyagr Platform.

Written by Justin Bossi

You've just signed up. Here's a suggested first-day path that gets you comfortable with the platform in about 10 minutes, no need to have a real trip in mind yet.

Minute 1–2: Set up your account

  • Verify your email (check your inbox for the verification link).

  • Go to Settings → Profile and upload a photo, confirm your name, and add your phone number.

  • Go to Settings → Business Information and fill in your business name, address, and accreditation numbers if you have them. This is what appears on client-facing documents.

Minute 3: Secure your account (optional but highly recommended)

  • Go to Settings → Two-Factor Authentication and turn on 2FA. Takes about a minute with an authenticator app, and it protects your client data. See How do I set up two-factor authentication? for the walk-through.

Minute 4–5: Get your first clients in

  • Have an existing client list? Click Import in the dashboard header and upload a CSV.

  • Starting fresh? Click New Client and add one manually. It doesn't need to be complete, start with a name and email; you can fill in passport, preferences, and travel documents later.

Minute 6–7: Poke around the dashboard

  • Read the widgets from top to bottom: Quick Actions, Quick Stats, Upcoming Trips, Clients, Recent Activity, Communications.

  • Click All trips → to see the empty trip list, this is where every trip you build will live.

  • Click New Trip to open the trip builder. You don't have to save anything, get a feel for the form.

Minute 8: Set up your public presence (optional but recommended)

  • Head to Tools → Smart Pages and claim your custom slug (voyagr.travel/yourname). Even if you don't publish yet, it locks in your URL.

Minute 9: Connect your calendar (optional)

  • Head to Tools → Scheduling and connect Google, Outlook, or iCloud. Once connected, you can share a booking link with clients for discovery calls.

Minute 10: Bookmark two things

  • Notifications (bell icon) — this is where invite acceptances, client payments, and system messages land.

  • Help & Support (drawer menu on mobile, or Settings → Help & Support on desktop) — chat and articles are right here when you need them.

That's it, you're set up. From here, the fastest way to keep learning is to build a real trip end-to-end. See How do I create an itinerary in the Itinerary & Proposals collection to walk through it.
