What information can I store on a client profile?

A tour of every tab on a client profile, from Overview to Trip History, and what each one is for.

Written by Justin Bossi

A Voyagr client profile is organized into eight tabs, each covering a different slice of the relationship: Overview, Personal Details, Relationships, Documents, Preferences, Trip History, Notes, and Activity.

Only name and email are required to create a client. Everything else is optional and can be added over time as you learn more.

Overview

The at-a-glance page you land on. Includes:

  • About card for a short summary of the client

  • Recent trips with a link to the full trip history

  • Next actions with prompts for common early-relationship tasks

  • Travelers summary of companions

  • Quick preferences showing bed type, cabin class, and top loyalty program

Personal Details

The identity and contact core of the profile:

  • Identity: date of birth, nationality

  • Contact: primary email and phone, plus any additional contact methods

  • Address: mailing address

  • Passport: a quick view of the primary passport (full passport records live under Documents)

  • Emergency contacts: name, relationship, phone, email

  • Loyalty programs: airline, hotel, car, cruise, retail, or other memberships

Relationships

Family members, travel companions, and other clients this person is linked to in your CRM. See How do I add companions and household relationships? for the workflow.

Documents

Passports and visas today. Each passport can include a photo of the document. See How do I add passport details and travel documents? and How do I upload and preview a client's documents? for the details.

Preferences

Travel style captured as tag groups: Vibe, Hotel brands, Airlines, Travel style, Activities, and Destinations. Useful for matching future proposals to what this client actually wants.

Trip History

Every trip on file for this client, sorted by most recently updated. See Where do I see a client's trip history? for what appears here.

Notes

Your interaction log: calls, emails, meetings, and free-form notes, plus optional follow-up tracking. See How do I log an interaction with a client? for the workflow.

Activity

An automatic activity feed. Currently disabled while the backend is finalized.

Additional information you manage from the editor

Two more sections show up only in the editor at /edit/{id}:

  • Health: dietary needs, mobility, medical notes

  • Tags: labels you use to segment clients
